On this page, you will find information about allergens present in our cakes, pastries, and other confectionery products. The information has been prepared in accordance with EU Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 and Polish food labeling requirements.

All products may contain trace amounts of other allergens used in the workshop.

Cross-Contamination

In our workshop we use products containing gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, sesame and soy, among others. Despite maintaining high hygiene standards, we cannot completely exclude the presence of trace amounts of these allergens in every product.

Persons with severe allergies are asked to exercise particular caution and contact our staff before placing an order.

"Free From" Labels

Labels such as "gluten-free", "lactose-free" are used only when the product meets the appropriate criteria and has been prepared with appropriate precautions.

For some products we do not add ingredients containing a particular allergen, but the product is made in the same workshop as other baked goods – therefore it may contain trace amounts. Detailed information is available from our staff.
